Cliqtalk lets you access activity current status on your smartphone and connect with your team members to discuss changes, update assignments, and modify due dates.
Cliqtalk starts with enabling and recording team exchanges. There is no need to rely on external emails or other means to communicate with your team members.
Following team discussions, to-dos are assigned, and team members can track to-dos progress in weekly or monthly calendars, all from your smartphone.
Discussions
Both team-wide and private communication
channels are supported. You can post messages to either the whole team
or to a select subset, depending on the discussed activity issues.
Activity scaling
You can set milestones and assign to-dos accordingly or, alternatively, establish activity hierarchies. For example, an activity can
define to-dos and these can be assigned to team members in sub-activities below
it.
Due dates & alerts
Two types of activities are supported: activities with due dates
or activities with ongoing tasks that have no preset due date. Cliqtalk alerts you when activity to-dos are due and when another team member
created or completed their to-do. You can also set alerts to be sent
upon new message posts.
Workflows
You can track activity status and team member assignments
in workflows. Shared weekly and monthly calendars, with Kanban boards, are available to view all team members' to-dos and their current progress.
Polling
There are times when you want to poll your team about a new issue without waiting for a time when all can meet or waiting to reach a decision through lengthy communications. Team members can cast their vote in dedicated posts and you can track the votes in real-time.
Analytics
Track productivity and see how progress is achieved toward goals. Export an activity for various purposes, for example, to keep a private backup, print a hard copy, or analyze an activity's talks and to-dos with private analysis tools.
