Cliqtodo lets you view topic status on your smartphone and connect
with your team members to discuss assignments and schedule.
Team exchanges are recorded in Cliqtodo notes. There is
no need to rely on external emails or other means to communicate with
your team members.
Set goals, assign to-dos to the responsible parties,
and track to-dos progress in shared weekly and monthly calendars.
A topic-wide communication
channel is supported via the exchange of topic notes.
Every posted note is viewable by the whole team. You can also chat privately with each team member through a user chat.
You can set topic goals and topic hierarchies. Partition to-dos in separate goals or alternatively, add sub-topics with separate to-dos.
For example, a major topic endeavor can
define to-dos and these can be added to the appropriate sub-topics below
it.
Two types of topics are supported: topics with due dates
and topics with ongoing to-dos that have no preset due date.
For example, a topic can have sub-topics of both types to
support time-limited tasks and continuous activities.
You will receive an alert before a due date or when someone on your team created or completed their to-do.
You can track to-dos progress in shared weekly and monthly calendars with Kanban boards. These calendars let you view all team members' to-dos and their status (to-do, doing, or done) in succesive time frames, weeks or months.
